Renewal

Plateclear Members costs $9.00 per month. It renews automatically every month and your card is charged $9.00 each month until you cancel. Cancel any time online from your account page (Account → Manage billing / cancel); your access continues until the end of the month you have paid for. No partial refunds.

How to cancel

1. Sign in and open your account page.
2. Choose Manage billing / cancel. This opens our payment processor's billing page.
3. Cancel the subscription. You see the date your access ends; nothing renews after it.

You can cancel online at any time; you never need to contact us to cancel.

Refunds

No partial refunds: when you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. We do refund a duplicate or mistaken charge, a charge made after you cancelled, and the unused part of the month if we end a membership without a breach on your side. Annual reminder

Once a year we email active members a reminder of the price, the renewal terms and how to cancel.
