Plateclear Members costs $9.00 per month. It renews automatically every month and your card is charged $9.00 each month until you cancel. Cancel any time online from your account page (Account → Manage billing / cancel); your access continues until the end of the month you have paid for. No partial refunds.

How do I cancel?
Any time, online: Account → Manage billing / cancel. Your access continues until the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Do you give refunds?
No partial refunds: when you cancel, you keep access for the rest of the month you paid for. The refund policy explains the cases where we do refund, such as a duplicate charge.
Why do I need a Discord account?
You sign in with Discord, and the members community lives in a private Discord server. We keep only your Discord ID and username.
What else do I need?
Your own computer and your own accounts with the AI services a guide uses, for example an AI chat plan or an API account. Plateclear does not sell AI usage, and never asks for your passwords or API keys for those services.
Is the trading track financial advice?
No. It is education and tooling only: backtesting, paper trading, exchange APIs and risk basics. We never give signals, tips or advice, and nothing on Plateclear promises any result.
What does "limited seats" mean?
Membership is capped so support stays personal. The counter shows the seats left right now; when it reaches zero you can join the waitlist and we let you know when a seat opens.
What happens to my API keys if I cancel?
They stop working at the first request after your access ends. You can also revoke a key yourself at any time on your account page.
